And not (is) any (thing) hidden in the heavens and the earth but (is) in a Record clear.

And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book
Nor is there aught of the unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record
وَمَا مِنْ غَآئِبَةٍۢ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّا فِى كِتَـٰبٍۢ مُّبِينٍ ٧٥
wamā min ghāibatin fī l-samāi wal-arḍi illā fī kitābin mubīni
